1. What We Sell

Each list covers one industry in one area (a city, or all city lists of a state or of the country as one bundle) and is delivered as a CSV file. Rows are businesses with their name, categories, address, phone, website and, where available, emails and social profiles.

The data comes from public Google Maps listings and the businesses' own websites. Lists are collected again every quarter.

Before you buy, each list page shows the number of businesses, the share with a phone, website and email, the ZIP codes and categories covered, the CSV columns and real sample rows.

2. Accounts

You need an account to buy and download lists. You can sign in with Google or with a sign-in link sent to your email.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Purchases are tied to the account used at checkout.

3. Payment and Delivery

• Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription.
• After the payment is confirmed, the CSV file can be downloaded from My orders.
• A purchase is the edition of the list that is current when you pay (lists are collected again every quarter). You can download that edition again from My orders at any time.
• Later editions are not included. When a new quarterly edition is published, you can buy it as a new purchase.
• A state or country bundle contains the city lists published in that area at the time of purchase.

4. License and Permitted Use

You may use a purchased list for your own business: sales and marketing outreach, research and lead generation for yourself or for clients you work with directly.

• Do not resell, share, publish or redistribute the file or substantial parts of it, including as part of another data product.
• Do not use the data for spam, harassment, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including the CAN-SPAM Act for email, the TCPA and Do Not Call rules for calls and texts, and any state or foreign privacy laws. Honor opt-out requests promptly.

5. Data Accuracy

Lists are provided as is. Businesses move, close or change their contact details, so some rows will be outdated by the time you use them.

Emails are found on the businesses' own websites and are not verified for deliverability; some are general inboxes. We do not guarantee any result from using the data.

6. Acceptable Use of the Website

• Do not scrape, overload or disrupt the website, or try to download files you have not bought.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ReadyBusinessList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the list concerned.

8. Changes

We may update the service, our lists and these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
